Freediving Finning Session
Whether you’re just starting your freediving journey or already exploring deeper dives, every freediver can make descents easier and more comfortable with better equalization techniques!
Finning is at the heart of every dive — it shapes your efficiency, streamlining, energy use, and overall comfort in the water. Our 2-hour coaching sessions are designed to help you improve your kicks, whether you’re developing smooth flutter and dolphin kicks, mastering monofin technique, or fine-tuning for longer dynamics and deeper dives. Each session is tailored to help you move with more efficiency, conserve oxygen, reduce effort, and make every dive feel smoother and more natural.
Course prerequisites
- Molchanovs Wave 1, PFI Basic Freediver (or equivalent)
- Valid insurance covering diving activities
