La Gombe
At La Gombe we enjoyed a fantastic day of diving, with a mixed group, plenty of fish, a cavern to explore, and Jessie’s 100th dive to celebrate.
From junior divers on their first steps underwater to instructors with hundreds of dives, our day at La Gombe was the perfect mix of levels, experiences, and fun. 🌊🤿
We had a fantastic group with a real variety—some staying shallow to enjoy the calm waters, while others ventured deeper to explore the small cavern hidden in the quarry walls. Along the way, we were greeted by plenty of curious fish, making every dive feel alive with movement. 🐠✨
The group was also split between dry suit divers and wetsuit divers, each finding their own comfort zone in the fresh quarry water. The variety didn’t just add color—it made for great conversations, tips, and shared learning between dives.
A special shout-out goes to Jessie, who celebrated her 100th dive with us that day 🎉🎂. A milestone dive is always something to remember, and it was amazing to share it with the whole group.
From start to finish, it was a day filled with smiles, bubbles, and fish encounters—proof that La Gombe never disappoints. 💙
We wrapped up the day with a relaxed debrief, sharing plenty of diving stories and laughs while filling in logbooks over drinks—a perfect way to end a great dive together!
