Our freediving pool sessions combine structured practice with a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Freedivers can work on their techniques, relaxation and general water confidence.

- Bring your own gear or let us know in advance if you need to rent equipment.
- Training schedule depends on pool and instructors availability.
- The number of spots may vary depending on the day and the training goals of the participants.
