Scuba Diving @ Kreidesee Hemmoor, DE
On the scuba side, the weekend started with getting everything ready for Hemmoor. It’s a place with its own rules and conditions, so taking the time to prepare properly makes all the difference once you’re in the water.
We kicked things off by going through the gear in detail. Setting up stages, configuring regulators with two separate first stages, and making sure everything was clean, functional, and ready for the kind of diving we had planned.
From there, the dives spread out into different directions. Some went for relaxed fun dives, exploring Hemmoor’s clear water and well-known spots. Others were focused on training, working through TDI Advanced Nitrox and Decompression Procedures.
It created a really nice dynamic in the group. Everyone had their own goals, but there was a shared focus and a lot of support between dives. People helping each other with setups, talking through plans, or just sharing how their dive went.That kind of atmosphere makes a big difference. It keeps things safe, but also makes it more enjoyable.
It was simply a strong weekend of diving, with a group that made it even better.
